This Privacy Policy explains how InvoQueue (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you use our Service. It applies to account holders (our customers) and to the end clients whose information account holders store in the Service.
2. Data We Collect
Account information
Name, email, phone number, business name, password hash, profile settings, logo, license number.
Client & booking records
Contact details and booking/appointment data you enter about your clients (names, phone numbers, addresses, pickup/drop-off locations, flight info, notes). You control this data.
Financial metadata
Quote, invoice, deposit, and payment metadata. Card numbers and bank details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Usage & device data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and analytics.
Communications
Support requests, product feedback, and related correspondence.
3. How We Use Data
- Operate and improve the Service, including core features like quoting, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Authenticate you, maintain sessions, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Process subscription payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails and, with your opt-in, product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
6. Data Retention
Account and business records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time; some records (e.g., financial transactions) may be retained longer as required by law.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, Row Level Security on our database, and principle-of-least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to support@invoqueue.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@invoqueue.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights, we will notify you and applicable regulators without undue delay as required by law.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service. The “Version” and “Effective” labels at the top reflect the current revision.
